Our New-Patient Process

Scheduling an appointment for you or your loved one is an easy process. Please give us a call at 832-593-6767 to speak to an intake specialist. Following that call, you will be emailed new patient intake forms which can be completed online and securely returned to us.

Once the forms are received, our administrative team will call to verify your insurance coverage. After that, we will call you to schedule your evaluation. Our therapist will make recommendations regarding therapy and treatment programming following the evaluation.
